Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website at fullyo.io (the “Site”) operated by Fullyo (“Fullyo”, “we”, “us”, “our”), a business based in British Columbia, Canada. By accessing or using the Site you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Fullyo provides website, direct-booking, multi-channel distribution, property-management-system integration and growth-marketing services for short-term rental owners and managers. The Site is an informational and lead-generation website; it does not itself provide the paid services.

You may use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict the use of, anyone else. You agree not to attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site or its systems, interfere with its normal operation, introduce malicious code, scrape or harvest data at scale, or use the Site to transmit unlawful, infringing or harmful content.

The specific scope, deliverables, fees, timelines and terms for any paid work are set out in a separate written agreement between you and Fullyo. Those engagement terms, not these Terms, govern the paid services. Where the two conflict in relation to a paid engagement, the signed engagement agreement prevails.

Booking a strategy call, submitting the contact form, or otherwise contacting us does not create a binding agreement for us to provide services. It is an invitation to discuss whether we are a good fit. Any engagement begins only when both parties enter a separate written agreement.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you submit (including any listing links), and for ensuring you are entitled to share it with us.

Any numbers, ranges, calculators, examples or case references on the Site are illustrative and provided for general information only. Averages shown reflect past outcomes across Fullyo client engagements and are not a promise or guarantee of any particular result. Outcomes depend on factors outside our control (your property, market, pricing, channels and effort), and results will vary. Nothing on the Site is financial, legal or investment advice.

The Site and its content (including text, graphics, illustrations, design, layout and the Fullyo name and branding) are owned by Fullyo or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. You may view and share the content for your own reference, but you may not copy, reproduce, republish or exploit it commercially without our prior written permission. Ownership of any deliverables created under a paid engagement is governed by that engagement's agreement.

Client names, property names and any third-party trademarks shown on the Site are used to identify real projects and integrations and remain the property of their respective owners. Their appearance does not imply endorsement beyond the factual relationship described.

The Site links to and integrates with third-party platforms, for example the Cal.com scheduler, online travel agencies, property-management systems and pricing tools. We do not control and are not responsible for the availability, content, terms or performance of those third-party services, and your use of them is subject to their own terms.

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure, or that any information on it is complete or current.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fullyo and its officers, employees and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of the Site, even if we have been advised of the possibility. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Fullyo from any claims, losses, liabilities and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your misuse of the Site or your breach of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in British Columbia for any dispute that cannot be resolved informally.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “last updated” date above. Your continued use of the Site after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
